Bigger Venue, Bigger Expectations

The 10th anniversary edition of the expo will take place on 17–18 February 2026 at the prestigious Messe Berlin. The move to a larger venue is not symbolic. Organisers expect more than 14,000 visitors from the DACH region and across Europe, confirming the event’s position as one of the most influential B2B e-commerce gatherings on the continent.

Around 300 solution providers will showcase tools and services covering the entire e-commerce ecosystem, from logistics and payments to marketing, data and AI. For brands, retailers and tech partners, this means two highly concentrated days of market overview, deal-making and inspiration.

Content Built For Real-World E-commerce

The conference programme brings together 150+ speakers, 50 workshops, four conference stages and four dedicated masterclass tracks. Topics mirror the challenges and opportunities shaping today’s online retail: AI in e-commerce, brand building at scale, retail media, lessons from China’s digital commerce, and the future of European e-commerce.

On stage, attendees will hear from leading retailers such as MediaMarktSaturn, flaconi, Breuninger, Douglas and Fielmann, alongside global platforms like Google and TikTok. Panel discussions and live podcast formats, including the Behind the Click Podcast, round out a programme designed to go beyond surface-level inspiration.

New Voices And Fresh Perspectives

This year’s agenda also creates space for emerging industry voices. A special format of six short, ten-minute talks will spotlight new ideas, practical insights and hands-on experience from across the e-commerce landscape.

E-commerce Berlin Expo is not about passive listening. It is about meeting decision-makers, comparing solutions side by side and understanding how leading brands are adapting to rapid change. Whether you are scaling an e-shop, building a brand, or supplying technology to the industry, the expo offers direct access to people, knowledge, and partnerships that move businesses forward.

Two days in Berlin can save you months of trial and error. That alone makes the trip worthwhile.
