The partnership marks an important step in Wolt’s ambition to be a complete platform for everyday needs. The pet category has seen strong growth in Norway, and now Norwegian pet owners can enjoy even greater benefits from the wide selection and fast deliveries.

“It’s clear that pets are an important part of our customers’ daily lives. Many appreciate the opportunity to have heavy and impractical items like dog food or cat litter delivered right to their door. With Dogman on board, we’re making it easier than ever for pet owners to get what they need – when they need it,” says Terje Forbord, Head of Retail at Wolt Norway.

Among the most popular products internationally have been cat and dog food, as well as accessories like treats, litter, and toys. Norwegian customers can expect a wide range from Dogman, including both everyday pet products and more specialised items.

Our mission has always been to make everyday life easier. Now that applies not just to people – but also to their four-legged family members,” Forbord continues.

With Dogman as a partner, Wolt becomes an even more complete place to shop, whether the need is dinner on the table, groceries in the fridge, or a full stock of pet products.

“Dogman’s vision is to contribute to a better life for both pets and their owners. Dogman’s stores have everything you need for dogs, cats, and other small pets. That our entire store range can now be delivered home to customers very quickly, we believe, contributes to a better everyday life for many pet owners and their best friends. We’re very excited about the partnership with Wolt,” says Øivind Rasmussen, Country Manager for Dogman in Norway.

What This Means for E-commerce

This partnership reflects a broader trend in quick commerce: delivery platforms evolving from single-category services into multi-vertical marketplaces. Pet products represent a particularly attractive category for home delivery due to bulky, heavy items like food and litter that customers prefer not to carry.

The high purchase frequency and strong basket values make pet supplies a strategic addition for platforms looking to increase order frequency and customer lifetime value.
