Temu’s success is not limited to the UK; it has achieved the top download ranking in 24 international markets. Major economies like the US, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Australia, South Korea, and Mexico are among them.

Additionally, the platform has ranked second in Japan and a number of European countries, including France and Italy. Temu’s impact on consumer savings has been significant since its April 2023 launch in the UK.

According to research from the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR), using direct-from-factory platforms like Temu could potentially save British households £3,000 a year.

In September 2022, the platform made its debut in the United States, and then it expanded to Europe.

Temu is currently present in over 80 markets across the globe. Its success is attributed to its creative supply chain model, which removes needless middlemen and allows customers to purchase at competitive prices.
